The beauty and the beef burger bar opened in downtown near Guy-Concordia! We went to try it out and it’s a fun place. The decor and menu are quite funky, filled with jokes and pop culture references. I would come back to try out their drinks for sure!
This time, we just tried their famous burgers.
The hamburger meat patty is a generous 8oz size. I wouldn’t say it’s super special in taste…(I’m not a burger connoisseur anyways) but the patty is juicy on the inside which is good enough for me! I wonder if it’s going to taste even better if they are confident in their beef enough to grill medium rare burgers. 🙂
One special thing on the plate is the cool-aid pickle (yes, it looks kinda red). It tastes like a normal pickle, but with a funny taste, like medicine maybe? I don’t even know how cool-aid is supposed to taste like if it’s mixed with the sourness of a pickle. I surely didn’t hate it. But wouldn’t go out of my way to order it either.
